Daniel Garcia is remaining ‘All Elite’, and with the new deal comes a new push, and allegedly a nice pay packet too.

Garcia was the subject of interest from WWE when it was revealed his previous All Elite Wrestling was set to expire in October, but Garcia opted to sign a new deal with AEW, revealing his decision on the October 8 edition of Dynamite.

A report from PWNexus suggests that ‘Red Death’ has signed a new three-year deal with the promotion with a ‘hefty’ pay increase. Garcia is seen by many as a future major star of the industry, and is expected to be given a major push in AEW on the back of his new deal.

Dave Meltzer also noted in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that as of a month ago, AEW's offer was significantly higher than the one on the table from WWE.

Garcia said he was targeting any champion in AEW during his address on ‘Title Tuesday’, with Garcia previously holding the Pure Championship in Ring of Honor. He has yet to hold a mainline AEW championship, but is the reigning Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Champion.

The former Jericho Appreciation Society member has been with AEW since October 2021, having made several appearances for the promotion over the prior year.
