Report: Major Reasons WWE Raw Locker Room Morale Has Improved Revealed

Paul Heyman playing a huge role...

A little while ago reports of a meeting taking place backstage at WWE Raw surfaced online.

During the meeting, Seth Rollins was said to have given a rousing speech to his fellow Superstars - although a lot of those reports have since been debunked.

Sources inside the Raw locker room have now revealed that morale on the red brand has improved massively since Paul Heyman started in his Executive Director role.

Sportskeeda's Tom Colohue has been told by sources inside the company that Heyman's arrival has "resulted in a 'renewed positivity' about the product as well as a feeling of management approachability."

Colohue's report continues: "A small number of RAW Superstars who had concerns about the recent push of NXT are also said to have received more air time and greater opportunities to hone and develop their characters. It was mentioned to me that "people feel wanted now."

On top of that, the absence of stars such as Luke Harper, Mike Kanellis and The Revival has said to have improved harmony in the dressing room, another source told Colohue.

Furthermore, more locker room leaders being on hand to help Monday Night Messiah Rollins has also been cited as a reason for the improvement in morale: “Rollins was under a lot of pressure to step up and lead. Randy’s there now and everyone looks up to him too. Indy guys have got AJ too. There’s not one guy any more. It’s a lot better,” a source told Colohue.

Another reason for the improved morale cited in Colohue's report is the Wild Card Rule becoming a thing of the past.
