Report: More Positive Vibe In AEW Following Dynamite

Better morale behind the scenes in AEW

Backstage morale within All Elite Wrestling had been on the downturn in recent months and it was noted in August that talents were close to their breaking point.

That breaking point was ultimately reached on Sunday, September 4, as The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega were involved in an altercation with CM Punk and Ace Steel following the then-AEW World Champion's post-All Out press conference. All involved have since been suspended by the promotion while a third-party investigation into what happened is carried out and they will remain at home for the time being.

Backstage morale has improved within All Elite Wrestling following the incident, according to Fightful Select, and the situation was "out of sight, out of mind" for much of the roster at Dynamite on Wednesday. The vibe behind the scenes was said to be more positive, although one person on the roster noted it couldn't have been worse than Sunday.

A different wrestler said the best way to make up for the public embarrassment would be for everyone involved in the altercation to settle their issues and make money for the company. The long-term future of those involved in the fight remains unclear, though.
