The rivalry between "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton opened this week's edition of Raw as The Apex Predator was the latest guest on A Moment Of Bliss. During the segment, Orton talked about how he found Wyatt's weakness during their 2017 feud and burned it to the ground. He then said he will exploit The Fiend's weakness this time around and targeted Alexa Bliss.

The lights in the arena suddenly started to go out following the comment and The Goddess teased she and The Fiend were actually the ones manipulating Orton. The Viper seemed to have the upper hand, though, after he picked Bliss up ahead of Wyatt's arrival. This caused the two-time Universal Champion to hesitate when he did enter the ring and he practically begged Orton to hand Bliss back to him.

The Eater Of Worlds and Orton's feud will continue in the weeks ahead and they will reportedly go one on one either on Raw or at TLC.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider noted the way the segment went down was "100% Vince McMahon's vision." Several people in the company didn't think the segment was strong enough to open Monday Night Raw and lobbied for it to be overhauled. They were unable to sway the boss, though, and the segment went ahead as McMahon envisioned.
