Report: Update On Possible Goldberg Retirement Show Plans

There has been a potential update on a Goldberg retirement

After becoming a free agent following his time spent in WWE over the last six or seven years, Goldberg is seemingly looking to close off his career in a potential retirement tour, or at least an official retirement match which will call a day on his iconic run in professional wrestling. There may have been some movement on that front per a report from Fightful Select.

“In an update on the company from Israel that is hoping to land Goldberg for a match, we’ve learned some more. The company running the show is also hoping to land Sting, Rob Van Dam, Chris Masters, John Morrison and more.”

There has been some talk of promotions across the globe who have been hoping to make a deal to land Goldberg for a tour or match, though nothing concrete has emerged just yet, with this being perhaps the biggest update yet in terms of progress towards something happening. The only other potential tease was Tony Khan’s Double or Nothing 2023 media scrum where he revealed that he and Goldberg communicate fairly regularly.
