Report: WWE Optimistic Over Hardys Main Roster Run

WWE are reportedly optimistic that The Hardy Boyz will be sticking around for a main roster run in either the spring or summer.

Prior to their match on last night's edition of NXT, WrestleVotes tweeted:

"WWE has dropped a brand new Hardy Boyz shirt ahead of their NXT return tonight. Internally, there's buzz that this is just the beginning, with creative sources optimistic the legendary duo will have a main roster program sometime this spring / summer."

Matt and Jeff were victorious in their NXT outing, defeating Tavion Heights and Myles Borne. It was their first time tagging in a WWE ring since 2019.

The Hardys re-signed with TNA Wrestling in November 2024. Their participation in NXT is possible due to the current working relationship between WWE and TNA.

Matt Hardy recently revealed that their NXT appearance was a last-minute deal.

The Hardys are scheduled to be in action on this week's episode of TNA IMPACT, where they will team with NXT Champion Oba Femi against The System (Moose, Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards).
