UK fans for decades have cried out for WrestleMania to come across the pond, with talk about a potential WrestleMania in London having only gained momentum in the past few years.

There has been plenty of support for a UK WrestleMania from both within WWE and from the outside, with John Cena and London Mayor Sadiq Khan having commented on the prospect. A report from Fightful Select suggests that the chances of WrestleMania coming to the UK depends on money, with the reality of such a show depending on what site fees WWE can negotiate.

WWE would be expected to seek a hefty site fee from Wembley Stadium - or indeed any of the other large stadiums in London - with WrestleMania a guaranteed a money spinner for whomever hosts it. A potential stumbling block could be timing, with Mania held in March/April it would come at the tail end of the football/soccer season.

On the flip-side to WWE, All Elite Wrestling are believed to have paid the City of London and venues to host AEW shows in London, with Wembley Stadium having hosted All In in 2023 and 2024, whilst The O2 is set to host Forbidden Door in August 2025.
