Roman Reigns Vs. Solo Sikoa Set For RAW's Netflix Premiere

In 2024, Roman Reigns didn’t wrestle on a single episode of live weekly WWE programming, instead confining his matches to premium live events such as the Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, Bad Blood, Crown Jewel and Survivor Series. In 2025, he will compete on at least one episode of weekly WWE TV as a match for Monday Night RAW’s debut on Netflix on January 6 has been announced.
Ever since his return at SummerSlam 2024, Roman Reigns has had Solo Sikoa in his eyesight, targeting the ula fala necklace around the neck of Sikoa, who took over control of The Bloodline during Reigns' absence from WWE, declaring himself as The Tribal Chief. On Friday Night SmackDown last night, Reigns challenged Sikoa to their first ever singles match, with the ula fala on the line. The match was made official, and it will be held under the stipulation of Tribal Combat, essentially meaning anything goes.
WWE announced that this would take place on RAW’s Netflix premiere, and is the first match declared for the card. It is reported that a singles match between CM Punk and Seth Rollins is expected to take place, as are the finals of the Women’s Intercontinental Championship tournament.
