Scott D'Amore Seemingly Unlikely To Join AEW In The Near Future

Scott D'Amore seemingly to be at home until February 2025

Scott D'Amore is seemingly unlikely to work for All Elite Wrestling or another pro wrestling promotion for that matter until at least early 2025.

Addressing D'Amore's status during a K&S WrestleFest virtual signing, Rhino noted he believes D'Amore is being paid to sit at home until February next year.

"Someone said - I read online they (AEW) should get Scott D'Amore to run Ring of Honor... It would ease the burden on some of the talent but, Scott's at home getting paid for - I think till next February and he's never not worked, you know? Or never gotten paid to not work," Rhino said.

The Man Beast's comments come after Will Ospreay told Adrian Hernandez that he would like to see AEW bring in Scott D'Amore, even to run Ring of Honor.

Scott D'Amore was previously the President of TNA but he was fired by Anthem earlier this year following disagreements over the direction of the promotion, with D'Amore looking to expand TNA while Anthem were reluctant to fund further expansion. D'Amore attempted to purchase TNA from Anthem for $10 million but that offer was rejected.

D'Amore won't be sitting at home all of the time until February 2025. He recently filed to trademark 'Maple Leaf Wrestling' and his Border City Wrestling promotion will hold a show in Windsor, Ontario, Canada on June 15.
