The Miz Wants Match With John Cena During 2025 WWE Retirement Tour

The Miz wants one more WWE match with John Cena

Add The Miz to the growing list of names who want a match with John Cena during the 16-time world champion's retirement tour in 2025.

"I am putting my name in the hat! I've been in the ring a lot with John Cena and selfishly I'd want more because that's how much fun it is getting into the ring with John Cena. But I also want our new talent to experience John Cena. Because as much as I was taught by John and I can teach what John taught me, it's always better when you have that guy there to teach you. I would want our younger talent to feel that energy," The Miz told CBS Sports.

Cena announced his plans to have one final WWE run in 2025 at Money in the Bank. The run will begin with the first Raw on Netflix in January and end in December of next year.

Other talents who have already revealed their hopes of facing Cena in 2025 include CM PunkMatt Cardona, and Rob Van Dam. Cena, however, is reportedly not interested in choosing his final opponents and will seemingly leave the decision up to WWE.
