Title Matches Set For September 17 AEW Rampage

Two title matches have been set for the September 17 edition of AEW Rampage.

In their first title defence, AEW World Tag Team Champions The Lucha Brothers will put the gold on the line against The Butcher and The Blade. The Hardy Family Office team recently reunited after a long layoff for The Butcher and they instantly became the number one ranked team in the division, having been undefeated in 2021. 

Miro will also defend the TNT Championship on Friday against Fuego Del Sol. The two men previously faced off on the inaugural episode of Rampage and Miro defeated Fuego to deny the challenger an AEW contract. Del Sol was still offered a contract, though, and he mentioned on last night's Dynamite that he purchased a car with his new paycheque. 

The rematch was then set and Fuego put his new car on the line to get the title shot. 

Also added to the show is Anna Jay vs. The Bunny.
