A TNA star sustained an injury during the Turning Point TNA+ special from the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that Hammerstone "banged up his knee" at Turning Point during the Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl Match. Brian Myers and John Skyler received praise within TNA for keeping the match on track following Hammerstone's injury.

The Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl was ultimately won by Joe Hendry, who defeated Brian Myers, Eric Young, Hammerstone, John Skyler, and Rhino. Hendry's involvement in the match received widespread criticism on social media, especially as he was main eventing TNA Bound For Glory and WWE NXT specials only a few months ago.

Hammerstone has been a part of TNA Wrestling since January 2024, signing with the promotion soon after his debut at Hard To Kill. The former MLW World Heavyweight Champion initially feuded with Josh Alexander and Hammerstone has begun teaming with Jake Something in recent months.

Whether Hammerstone will miss any time due to his injury is unknown. TNA's next taping will be Final Resolution on Friday, December 13 at the Center Stage Theater in Atlanta, Georgia.
