Top AEW Stars To Return From Hiatus Very Soon

Top AEW stars returning soon

A couple of All Elite Wrestling's top stars will be back on TV in the coming weeks.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, it is believed The Young Bucks will be back as regulars on AEW programming within the next couple of weeks, if not sooner. Matt and Nick Jackson have been away from AEW since losing their number one contendership for the AEW World Tag Team Championships to Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega at November's Full Gear pay-per-view.

The Bucks didn't react well to the loss, having a freak out at ringside and refusing to shake Kenny Omega's hand.

Brandon Cutler announced shortly after Full Gear that The Young Bucks would be "taking some time away from wrestling." Cutler has remained the tag team's official spokesperson and Being The Elite has since been scrapped. It was replaced with Being Dark Order.

Upon their return, reports have indicated Matt and Nick Jackson are set for a heel turn. They will be unable to continue their programme with Kenny Omega, however, as The Best Bout Machine is out of action indefinitely after undergoing surgery for diverticulitis. Chris Jericho, meanwhile, remains in the AEW World Tag Team Title picture and he and Sammy Guevara will challenge Ricky Starks and Big Bill for the championships at Battle of the Belts on Saturday night.
