Update On Ivar's Recovery From Neck Injury

Ivar is currently undergoing treatment for the serious injury.

A little over three months after he confirmed he was dealing with a serious injury, WWE star Ivar has provided an update on his recovery.

Posting on Instagram, the Viking Raider detailed the treatment he is currently underdoing with the RejuvStem Clinic in Cancun, writing:

"Day 2 at @rejuvstem !!! What an amazing team, all working hard to get me healthy. 100 million stem cells yesterday, another 100 million today all thru IV. And 5 billion exosomes. Hyperbaric chamber. And more to come!!!".

The 40-year-old last competed at NXT Spring Breakin' on April 30, where he lost to NXT North American Champion Oba Femi. He had been scheduled to wrestle Tyler Bate for WWE Speed and was booked in a triple threat match for NXT TV the following week before being written out of storylines (via a backstage attack by Gallus).

The Birmingham, Alabama-based Andrews Sports Medicine posted on X in May that Ivar had sought their help for a spinal injury.

Ivar's tag team partner Erik is also convalescing, having undergone successful neck fusion surgery last November. There is currently no known timetable for either man's return.
