Witnesses Still Coming Forward To Reveal How Much WWE Executives Knew About Janel Grant-Vince McMahon Relationship

Witnesses still coming forward about Vince McMahon in relation to Janel Grant lawsuit

Janel Grant's attorney, Ann Callis, has revealed to John Pollock of POST Wrestling and Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics that witnesses are still coming forward and revealing information about how much exactly WWE executives knew about the relationship between Vince McMahon and Janel Grant.

McMahon and Grant were in a relationship for multiple years until 2022, during which McMahon allegedly committed horrific acts of sexual violence. Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis in January 2024 accusing McMahon of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical and emotional abuse. WWE are accused of trying to cover up allegations against McMahon while Laurinaitis has been accused of sexual assault.

WWE President Nick Khan and WWE COO Brad Blum have been identified as corporate officers no. 1 and no. 2 within Janel Grant's lawsuit. The lawsuit has claimed that Khan and Blum were instrumental in Grant being employed by WWE "in a completely undefined role, except for the understanding that she remain a sexual slave to be used and trafficked by McMahon within the WWE." Khan and Blum are also accused of facilitating and covering up exploitation which makes WWE liable under anti-trafficking laws in the United States.

A WWE spokesperson previously stated: "WWE takes Ms. Grant's allegations very seriously and has no tolerance for any physical abuse or unwanted physical contact. Neither Nick Khan nor Brad Blum, prior to the lawsuit being filed on January 25, 2024, were aware of any allegation by Ms. Grant that she was the victim of abuse or unwanted physical contact; nor does the complaint allege that either had knowledge of such."

In the latest development in the case against Vince McMahon, a "love letter" email produced by Janel Grant in December 2021 was released to the New York Post, although Grant's lawyer Ann Callis has stated that Grant was coerced into writing the email and a number of other emails by McMahon.

Several people are mentioned within the December 2021 letter, with one such passage stating: "Whether it's your assistants, a chef, Brad, Nick, Johnny or whoever see us together, I think it's undeniable to them."

In another passage, Grant wrote: "Even though so few people know about us, the most freeing feeling this year came when we got to act like a couple - openly, freely - when Mickey, Paul and the Chef were around us."

Ann Callis told Pollock and Thurston that "Paul" is Paul Mangieri, an executive assistant for WWE. Mickey Mangieri, meanwhile, worked as an assistant for Vince McMahon.

Some speculated that "Paul" was Paul "Triple H" Levesque. After Callis was asked if Triple H was aware of the relationship between Vince McMahon and Janel Grant before March 2022, Callis simply said: "I can't comment on that now. Just to say that we do have witnesses still coming forward [about] the knowledge of executives at the WWE."
