Wrestler Banished From IMPACT Wrestling

IMPACT Wrestling has banished one of their wrestlers

Nothing lasts forever, and for one unlucky star that means their IMPACT Wrestling run.

As seen on the July 27 edition of IMPACT Wrestling TV, a singles clash between Johnny Swinger and Zicky Dice went down, with the stipulation that if Swinger won then he’d get an IMPACT World Title shot, but whomever lost would have to leave IMPACT for good.

Alas, Swinger finally got the win and his long-awaited title shot after tricking his old ally, pinning Dice with his feet on the ropes to set up a future shot against Alex Shelley, or maybe even Hiroshi Tanahashi.

Reports earlier this month confirmed that Dice had finished up with IMPACT, bringing an end to his two-year run with the company. A former NWA TV Champion, Dice was originally aligned with Brian Myers as part of the Learning Tree early in his IMPACT run, before joining up with Johnny Swinger. The door is reportedly open for Dice for a future return to the promotion.
