WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle Says His "Quality Of Life Right Now Sucks"

A long career has taken its toll...

Since retiring from professional wrestling at WrestleMania 35, Kurt Angle has transitioned into a backstage producer role on Monday Night Raw, where he helps today's Superstars put together their matches. The Wrestling Machine ultimately had a long and successful career in which he became a 12-time world champion in WWE and IMPACT Wrestling.

Angle seemingly wouldn't live out his wrestling career again, however, as he revealed on a recent episode of TKO With Carl Frampton that his "quality of life right now sucks" from years of bumps, and his knees, back, and neck are in constant pain from wrestling five days a week for much of his career.

When asked if he would do it all again, Angle said: "I don’t know. I'm hurting pretty badly, my knees, my back, my neck. Sometimes I think about would I go back? My quality of life right now sucks. So, I do have a lot of suffering. I had a painkiller addiction that I overcame about six years ago. Staying clean and struggling the way I have been, it's very difficult."
