WWE Interested In Mike Santana

WWE hold an interest in one of TNA Wrestling's top stars.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that there has been a lot of talk within WWE NXT about the brand being interested in Mike Santana following his recent appearances on Tuesday nights.

Santana made his WWE NXT in-ring debut on the May 27 edition of NXT, defeating Tavion Heights. Santana received "high marks" following the match and WWE NXT's interest in Santana only increased after his TNA World Title match against Trick Williams on June 3. The possibility for WWE to sign Santana may present itself at the end of the year, too as the former TNA World Tag Team Champion is only signed with TNA through the end of 2025.

Santana has been back in TNA Wrestling since Rebellion 2024, joining the company following his departure from All Elite Wrestling. Santana has established himself as one of the top singles acts in TNA, having spent much of his career in a tag team with Ortiz.

Another TNA Wrestling star that WWE seemingly hold an interest in is Joe Hendry, with reports noting earlier this year that many consider it a lock that Hendry will sign with WWE when his TNA deal expires at the end of 2025.
