Since the official launch of the WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling partnership in early January, fans have been wondering if/when an official crossover show between the two brands will occur.

Whilst NXT and TNA stars have crossed over on to one another’s shows over the past year, there has yet to be any sort of ‘forbidden door’ type crossover show. However, former TNA star Jordynne Grace believes it could happen, saying the following to Chris Van Vliet on Insight:

“I don’t know. Anything could happen, right? I mean, who knows? If I could be a part of the Worlds Collide pay-per-view, that’d be awesome. I feel like it’s been in everybody’s head. Shawn [Michaels] has actually mentioned it before. I asked Shawn about it, and he was like, ‘Oh, I’d love that.’ So, you know, it’s not off the table,” said Grace.

WWE NXT ran several Worlds Collide shows from 2019 until 2022, pitting the best of NXT against NXT UK. The name itself is an homage to the legendary 1995 Lucha Libre AAA/IWC/WCW show When Worlds Collide, whilst ECW also ran When Worlds Collide in 1994 and 1996.
