He tore his ACL at WrestleMania 36...

It was revealed back in May that WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso had torn his ACL and would be out of action for six to nine months as he required surgery. Dave Meltzer later revealed Jimmy suffered the injury during the Triple Threat Ladder match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 36.
Uso was a recent guest on Table Talk with D-Von and he revealed he suffered the injury in the first minute of the match at 'Mania after he jumped four-foot from a ladder. The six-time tag team champion also mentioned he is hoping to return to the squared circle in January 2021.
Uso said: "The first minute of WrestleMania I tore my ACL, within the first minute. Had no idea. All I know is I went down… I jumped off the ladder like four-feet and landed on the mat. And that's how I blew my ACL. And you mean to tell me out of all the crazy things we've done, like ass-kickings, in WWE I get hurt from falling four-feet off a ladder."
He later added: "Yeah man, tore the ACL, and we're looking to be back about January."
