WWE's Saturday Night's Main Event Experiences Audio Issues
There were multiple audio difficulties during Saturday Night's Main Event

WWE hosted the second edition of their rebooted Saturday Night’s Main Event series last night on January 25, emanating from the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas. Tying in with the throwback feel of the event, WWE suffered some technical difficulties during the broadcast, with multiple audio issues cropping up.
On the NBC feed of the show, the introduction of the event featuring Joe Tessitore and Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura was simultaneously playing out with the Spanish audio for the event, which continued on for multiple minutes and didn’t get fixed until the start of the opening match on the broadcast between Rhea Ripley and Nia Jax for the Women’s World Championship. WWE’s international audience viewing on YouTube did not experience these problems.
Later on in the night, it also seemed as though one the microphones at ringside wasn’t working properly, and this could be notably heard during the match between Jacob Fatu and Braun Strowman, and Fatu’s running hip strike into the corner turnbuckle created an awkward sound for those at home. Lillian Garcia’s ring introductions for the main event also did not sound as clear as usual. Most of the show did run smoothly, with the opening two matches not experiencing audio difficulties, nor did the contract signing between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens that ended with Michaels hitting Owens with a Sweet Chin Music.
