Zack Sabre Jr. Calls Out Bryan Danielson After NJPW Battle In The Valley

After NJPW Battle in the Valley Zack Sabre Jr. had stern words for Bryan Danielson

The rivalry between Zack Sabre Jr. and Bryan Danielson is far from over, with the two men set to face off in a rematch to their 2023 match of the year contender at The New Beginning in Osaka on February 11.

Despite a loss to Hiroshi Tanahashi at Wrestle Kingdom 18, and a tag loss with Bad Dude Tito against Jeff Cobb and Matt Riddle at Battle in the Valley, ZSJ remains focused on Danielson, saying the following after Battle in the Valley:

“TMDK, 2024 is our year. We’re getting this man back to Japan, and he’s gonna do Bad Dude business. Also, Brittle Bryan, I hope you’re wrapped up in cotton roll, darling. You better not be out there clam digging, bloody clam digging. Keep your bones in one piece, Bryan because you tap in Osaka on February 11. Bye-bye. Ta-ta, d***head,” Sabre Jr. said.

Loing considered the two greatest technical wrestlers of a generation, Danielson and ZSJ had a long awaited singles bout at AEW WrestleDream in October 2023, a year after their original bout at Forbidden Door 2022 was cancelled due to injury to Danielson. Danielson eventually won at WrestleDream, but ZSJ felt the former ROH World Champion 'copped out' by beating ZSJ with a Busaiku Knee rather than making him tap.
