Anarchy In The Arena Match Set For AEW Double Or Nothing 2024

AEW Double or Nothing 2024 to feature Anarchy in the Arena match

With The Elite running roughshod over All Elite Wrestling, AEW EVP Kenny Omega is hoping for a measure of revenge from the sidelines, with Omega declaring that The Elite will compete in the third ever Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing on May 26.

The Young Bucks, Kazuchika Okada, and Jack Perry have been throwing their weight around AEW, attacking Tony Khan and Kenny Omega, whilst also having issues with FTR. Omega sent in a ‘special announcement’ from his hospital bed on the May 8 Dynamite sanctioning The Elite vs FTR in the wild brawl, with it later revealed that Eddie Kingston and Bryan Danielson will be joining Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler for the eight-man fight.

The first Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing 2022 won rave reviews, with The Jericho Appreciation Society defeating Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley, Proud & Powerful, and a petrol swinging bloodied Eddie Kingston. The 2023 Double or Nothing saw The Blackpool Combat Club defeat The Elite after Konosuke Takeshita turned on Omega.

Updated card, AEW Double or Nothing, May 26, 2024:

  • Swerve Strickland (c) vs. Christian Cage - AEW World Championship
  • Toni Storm (c) vs. Serena Deeb - AEW Women’s World Championship
  • Roderick Strong (c) vs. Will Ospreay - AEW International Championship
  • Willow Nightingale (c) vs. Mercedes Moné - TBS Championship
  • The Elite (The Young Bucks, Kazuchika Okada, & Jack Perry) vs. FTR, Eddie Kingston, & Bryan Danielson - Anarchy in the Arena
