Darby Allin "Messed Up" After AEW Dynamite Spot

Darby Allin is not in a good way after a scary spot on AEW Dynamite

During this past week’s episode of AEW Dynamite: Homecoming at Daily’s Place, Darby Allin & Sting picked up a big victory over the Don Callis Family pair of Konosuke Takeshita & Powerhouse Hobbs. It was a match that saw some big moments and scary spots, such as Sting’s Scorpion Death Drop from many feet in the air and through a table on the hard floor.

Another worrying spot saw Darby Allin swung in the air by Hobbs and Takeshita, releasing him mid-air in a massive throw which sent Allin tumbling across the ring where his head and neck whiplashed against the ropes. Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline revealed on the F4WOnline board that Allin came off worse for wear during this spot.

“Actually, I was told the neck bump into the ropes really messed Darby up in that match.”

Allin is looking likely to team with Sting at AEW Revolution for the legend’s final ever professional wrestling match before entering into retirement. The Young Bucks emerged to confront the pair after their win on Dynamite, seemingly setting up a PPV clash in March.
