IMPACT Wrestling have changed one of the matches at Rebellion only days before the pay-per-view takes place on Sunday, April 16.

Kenny King and Frankie Kazarian faced off for the advantage in Hardcore War in the main event of IMPACT on Thursday, April 14. Kazarian came close to victory but he was attacked by Moose down the stretch, who connected with the No Jackhammer Needed. Kenny King then made the cover to give Team Bully the advantage over Team Dreamer at Rebellion.

It was revealed following the match that The Good Hands of John Skyler and Jason Hotch were out of Team Bully, with Moose and Brian Myers being added to the team in their place. The new match is now Bully Ray, Kenny King, Masha Slamovich, Moose, & Brian Myers vs. Tommy Dreamer, Frankie Kazarian, Yuya Uemura, Killer Kelly, & Bhupinder Gujjar.

A new match was also announced for the Countdown to Rebellion that will pit Heath & Rhino against Champagne Singh & Shera.

Rebellion has quickly turned into a cursed pay-per-view in recent weeks, with two new champions set to be crowned at the show due to Josh Alexander relinquishing the IMPACT World Title and Mickie James giving up the Knockouts World Championship, both due to injury. Jordynne Grace and Deonna Purrazzo will clash for the Knockouts belt, while Steve Maclin will go one-on-one with KUSHIDA for the IMPACT World Championship.
