Jade Cargill Officially Signs With WWE

WWE have signed Jade Cargill

Jade Cargill is now a part of WWE.

WWE and ESPN have announced that Jade Cargill has signed a multi-year deal with WWE and she starts with the company today at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

ESPN noted it is unclear if Cargill will go straight to the main roster or be part of NXT. Reports have indicated, though, that WWE are producing main roster creative for Cargill and a push for her is high priority

Cargill is the second major name to jump from All Elite Wrestling to WWE, following Cody Rhodes in 2022. Cargill signed with AEW in 2020 and she went on a 60-0 winning streak until finally losing to Kris Statlander at Double or Nothing in May 2023. Cargill then went on hiatus, with AEW bringing her back in recent weeks for the September 13 taping of Rampage to put over Statlander once again. Her contract is believed to have expired on Friday, September 15.

Alongside her winning streak, Cargill was the inaugural TBS Champion and she held the belt for 508 days.

Cargill did hold talks with AEW during the summer but no new deal was ever signed
