Nick Aldis Comments On IMPACT Wrestling Return
Nick Aldis returned to IMPACT Wrestling at Rebellion 2023
IMPACT Rebellion 2023 saw Nick Aldis return to the company, with the ‘National Treasure’ joining commentary for the IMPACT World Title match between KUSHIDA and Steve Maclin.
Aldis revealed on comms that he’s signed with the company, and later had a face-off with new champion Maclin. Taking to Twitter, Aldis said the following about his IMPACT return:
“Thank you #Toronto for the warm welcome. I'm excited to be back with @IMPACTWRESTLING; the energy in the dressing room is off the charts, and when I look at this world-class roster, I'm so excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. LFG.”
This return has started Aldis’ third run in the company, with the former Brutus Magnus having worked for TNA from 2008 to 2015, and another short run in 2017 before joining the NWA. In TNA/IMPACT, Aldis is a one-time former IMPACT World Champion, and also had reigns with the TNA World Tag Team Championships, and a reign as GFW Global Champion as Global Force Wrestling briefly merged with IMPACT.
