Randy Orton Injured At WWE House Show

His match had to be ended early...

In recent weeks, Randy Orton has featured prominently on WWE programming in his feud with AJ Styles. On the December 16th episode of Monday Night Raw, Orton defeated Styles and since December 26th, the two superstars have faced off at house shows as part of the WWE Live Holiday Tour.

Last night, Orton and Styles faced each other again in Hershey, Pennsylvania but the match had to be stopped early. A few minutes into the contest, The Viper tried to hit the RKO but landed awkwardly. The injury was so severe that Orton was unable to continue and the match was ruled a no-contest.

While there has been no official statement from WWE about the injury, fans in the arena believe Orton injured his knee.

A clip circulated on social media showing Orton receiving medical assistance in the ring. Photos on Twitter have also shown the former Legend Killer being helped to the backstage area as he was unable to put any weight on his left knee.
