Former AEW wrestler Ryan Nemeth claims his complaint against his former employer about alleged abuse from CM Punk has yet to be resolved.
In late 2024 it was revealed that Nemeth had filed a formal complaint with All Elite Wrestling, alleging abuse from Punk, whilst also taking issue with AEW management for failing to respond to any of the incidents in question. Speaking with Bodyslam.net, Nemeth stated that the issues are yet to be resolved:
"That will probably be going on for as long as things take to go on for. It is by no means resolved in any way at all, but I hope it will be someday. I'm very confident that it will be," Nemeth said.
News of issues between Punk and Nemeth were reported at the time, with one such alleged incident suggesting that Punk threatened Nemeth in an AEW locker room, and later had him barred from an episode of AEW Collision in 2023.
The ‘Hollywood Hunk’ is now part of TNA Wrestling alongside brother Nic, with the Nemeths set to challenge Fraxiom for the NXT Tag Team Championships as part of TNA’s partnership with WWE NXT.
