The Young Bucks Respond To CM Punk's "Counterfeit Bucks" Line In AEW Return Promo

CM Punk wasted little time in making a dig at The Young Bucks on the debut episode of AEW Collision.

Following "f**k The Elite" chants from the Chicago crowd and Punk bringing up his past in the industry, the two-time AEW World Champion claimed that Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav calls him "one bill Phil" because he is the one true genuine article in a business filled with "counterfeit bucks". 

The Young Bucks quickly responded to Punk's comments, writing in their Twitter bio: "If it were 2018, we'd already have a 'Counterfeit Bucks' shirt available on PWT. -- Kill it y'all!"

The issues between CM Punk and The Young Bucks are well-documented and Punk took shots at Matt and Nick Jackson during his infamous post-All Out rant. CM Punk and Ace Steel then had a backstage fight with The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega following Punk's rant. Punk is believed to have thrown the first punch and reports have noted that Ace Steel bit Kenny Omega and threw a chair at Nick Jackson. 

Punk revealed ahead of his return that he wants to have a sit-down with The Elite to discuss the backstage fight following All Out 2022. Punk has only received responses from lawyers so far.
