Watch Jon Moxley's First NJPW Promo: "Thank You For Giving Me My Freedom"

Death Rider defeated Juice Robinson yesterday...

Yesterday at the Best Of The Super Juniors Finals, Jon Moxley made his in-ring debut for New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Death Rider - the name of his SUPER Dirty Deeds finisher - defeated Juice Robinson to capture the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship and after the match, Moxley delivered his first post-match promo as a New Japan star.

As well as threatening any potential challengers to his new title, and bigging up Juice Robinson, Moxley said the following: “First and foremost, I want to say thank you to New Japan Pro Wrestling. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to come over here, thank you for welcoming me with open arms, making me feel like part of the family, making me feel like my home, giving me this opportunity against Juice Robinson tonight, to come out here, thank you for giving me my freedom to come out here, and ply my trade the way I want to ply it, to come here and the freedom to be out here, and do me."

The video below starts with an impassioned promo from Moxley's opponent (that's well worth a watch too by the way), with Jon's promo starting at the 2:55 mark.
