WWE Talent Mocks Kevin Dunn

Kevin Dunn mocked by WWE talent

A WWE talent has poked fun at Kevin Dunn and the incessant camera cuts that were prevalent across Raw, SmackDown, and NXT during his time as the head of WWE TV production.

United States President Joe Biden earlier this week challenged Donald Trump to face him in a debate ahead of the 2024 presidential election, with Biden set to be the Democratic Party nominee, while Trump will be the nominee for the Republican Party in November. The short X (FKA Twitter) video featured six camera cuts in 13 seconds, which prompted one Twitter user to complain about the transitions.

This prompted a jokey response from WWE NXT's Edris Enofe, who wrote: "Kevin dunn has 24hrs to respond."

Kevin Dunn was the head of WWE TV production from the 1980s until he departed the company at the end of 2023. There have since been a number of widely praised production changes on Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown by Dunn's replacement, WWE Head of Media & Production Lee Fitting. Changes include the scrapping of constant camera cuts and the introduction of more of a sports-based presentation.

There have also been changes to NXT TV production under Vice President of Line Producing Brian Fadem. The belief within the developmental brand was Kevin Dunn only restricted the creativity of NXT's production.
