Aleister Black Dealing With Knee Injury

Said to be a "tweak"...

Aleister Black has picked up a number of quick wins on Monday Night Raw in recent weeks, but his streak of victories has been put on hold, at least for a little while.

In this week's edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer writes, "Black is currently out of action with a knee injury that was described as a tweak."

No timetable has been specifically given for Black's return to action.

He last wrestled on the October 21 edition of Raw, winning a sub-two minute match over a local enhancement talent named Jason Reynolds. He'd also wrestled at a pair of live events over that weekend, defeating both Cesaro and King Corbin.

Since the WWE Draft in early October, Black's lot on Raw has been winning glorified squash matches in order to establish him as a threat. These victories include defeating The Singh Brothers in a handicap match in barely over a minute, beating Eric Young in under two minutes, and the aforementioned win over Reynolds.
