Report: Friday Night SmackDown Star Re-Signs With WWE

Survivor Series team member puts pen to paper...

A star of the Friday Night SmackDown women's division has reportedly agreed to a new multi-year contract with WWE.

Squared Circle Sirens are reporting that Nikki Cross has committed to remaining with WWE for the foreseeable future.

Cross initially signed a three-year contract back in 2016, and while an exact expiry date is not known, her contract would have been due to expire very soon.

Upon signing with WWE, the Scot was featured on NXT as a member of SAnitY alongside Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe and Killian Dain.

Since making her way to the main roster, Cross has found success teaming with Alexa Bliss. They captured the Women's Tag Team Championships on the August 5 edition of Monday Night Raw. Bliss & Nikki went on to hold the titles for 62 days before losing them to the current champions, The Kabuki Warriors.

Cross will be in action this coming Sunday at Survivor Series as she teams with Sasha Banks, Lacey Evans, Carmella, and Dana Brooke as part of Team Smackdown in the women's elimination match against Teams Raw and NXT.
