The Dark Order Discuss Their Reception On AEW

Since debuting in All Elite Wrestling, The Dark Order have received a somewhat mixed reception from audiences, both in the arena and on TV.

Evil Uno and Stu Grayson discussed this during a recent interview with Fightful. They explained how they believe their reception has stemmed from a lack of fan familiarity with the tag team, whereby the crowd simply doesn't know much about them. This is akin to the muted reception The Butcher and the Blade received during their debut  on last week's episode of AEW Dynamite.

Evil Uno said: "Publicly, it's been mixed. But anything professionally has been very good. We're here for the long run [...] Of course you don't know much about us now, but that's by design. We're supposed to be mysterious. Just wait and see, and I promise there will be answers eventually."

Grayson added: "It's a question of patience. Most fans want to know who we are and everything we're going to do. But it's just starting. In the first few episodes of season one, you can't have the spoiler of season ten. There's so much to come. If you're confused now, be confused. That's okay."

The Dark Order have taken steps in recent weeks to ingratiate themselves to their new audience. They recently launched joindarkorder.com, and have thanked fans on Twitter who tweeted "#JoinDarkOrder", telling them to await further instructions.
