Asuka Addresses Latest WWE WrestleMania Loss

Asuka lost at WWE WrestleMania 39 to Bianca Belair

Asuka headed into her fifth WrestleMania over the weekend, with ‘The Murder Clown’ taking on WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair on night two of WrestleMania 39.

Despite a spirited display Asuka left the show empty-handed, and continued her Mania anti-streak as she now registers zero wins at the event.

The defeat marked another step backwards for one of the most popular stars in WWE, and taking to Twitter, Asuka commented on her loss, as well as her future in the company:

“I might as well go back to Japan… But I bet a lot of you guys my friends will miss me when I leave WWE?  Now I need the power of your anger. Let's bring chaos to the boring Women's Division with me Let's bring chaos to the Women's Division, let's bring chaos to the WWE!” wrote Asuka, accompanied by a pic of herself at Mania in full clown regalia hastily scribbled out.

Many figured that Asuka would be the one to end Belair’s dominant WWE Raw Women’s Championship reign, with Asuka pushed heavily since returning at the 2023 Royal Rumble. But in the end, it was another frustrating night at the office for the former NXT Women’s Champion.
