No one has impressed more in 2021 than Bianca Belair.
The EST of WWE quickly built momentum to start the year, winning the Women’s Royal Rumble.
The ensuing feud with Sasha Banks heading into WrestleMania 37 was very much a dud, but the match itself - in one of WrestleMania 37’s main events might I add - was an absolute banger, instantly cementing Belair as one of the stars of the company.
Excellent pay-per-view matches with Bayley followed but then a roadblock and Belair would controversially lose the SmackDown Women’s Title in 26 seconds to Becky Lynch, a match the 32-year-old has still yet to completely recover from.
Nevertheless, though, Belair began the year as a rising star and ended it as a bona fide star, establishing herself alongside the Four Horsewomen as a big name in the women’s division.
