Jonah, Willie Mack Depart From Impact Wrestling

Two stars exit on Friday

Both Jonah and Willie Mack have departed from Impact Wrestling, each at the expiration of their contracts.

Jonah's contract expired following the post-Rebellion tapings on April 24. He retweeted an update confirming that he'd finished up with Impact.

After Thursday's Impact, Jonah put out a tweet that included, "IMPACT see ya down the road".

Mack tweeted Friday, "After last nights Impact episode I am no longer with @IMPACTWRESTLING. My contract has expired and I decided to decline their new offer. So now I'm gonna be doing my thing on the independents. Hit up [email protected] if you want to see me in ya city or town. #MackMode"

Jonah debuted for Impact at November's Turning Point, attacking Josh Alexander. His last match came at the April 24 TV tapings, losing to PCO in a Monster's Ball match.

Mack joined Impact in the autumn of 2018,  first teaming with Rich Swann upon arrival. During his tenure, he reigned as X Division champion for about three months in 2020. Mack had his final match at those April 24 tapings, teaming with Swann in a loss to Chris Bey and Jay White of Bullet Club.
