Matt Hardy Open To ROH Return With Jeff

The Hardy Boys could once again step foot in an ROH ring

Matt Hardy has said that there is a possibility he and brother Jeff will end up wrestling in Ring of Honor once more.

The Hardys count the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Titles among the many doubles championships they have captured during their long and illustrious careers. Matt and Jeff now wrestle for AEW, and with AEW CEO Tony Khan also owning Ring of Honor there is a chance they could one day resurface in ROH.

Asked about that scenario during a recent edition of his The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, the 48-year-old said:

"I think that's a possibility. I think you could see that happening," said Hardy. "I heard at one point, you know, maybe some buzz about having actual blood brothers all locked up in a match. It's interesting because there are several sets of blood brothers in AEW. There's us, The Gunns. There's The [Young] Bucks and then there's Penta & Fenix. So who knows? We'll see what ends up happening, but yeah, I think another match with Penta & Fenix, we have wrestled them before, but I think that would be fun to do a little program with those guys."

Matt recently claimed that Jeff is currently out of action due to a dislocated jaw. However, other reports suggest he was written out of storylines prior to AEW's run of television tapings in Canada, as he has issues entering the country because of his arrest record.
