Mick Foley Signed To WWE Legends Deal

Mick Foley recently re-signed a WWE Legends deal.

Mick Foley recently re-signed a WWE Legends contract, according to a new report.

Fightful Select noted that the WWE Hall of Famer put pen to paper on a new deal at some point. Though he is rarely seen on WWE television these days, Foley will continue to feature on merchandise, video games and action figures etc. per the terms of the deal.

Earlier this year, The Hardcore Legend indicated his desire to have one last match. However, he called it off after suffering what he believed to be a concussion, following consultations with doctors. The 59-year-old subsequently revealed scrapped plans that would have seen him work a six-week AEW programme with MJF, culminating in a match.

Last week, Foley turned heads when he talked about wanting to 'appreciate' Vince McMahon, going so far as to mention his desire to write to the disgraced former WWE CEO to thank him for giving him opportunities during his WWE career. His comments were widely condemned online, as well as by The Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer who expressed his disappointment with his long-time friend's stance.
