FTR's Dax Harwood Comments On If He Would Return To WWE
FTR’s Dax Harwood has spoken of a potential WWE return
Much was made of The Revival’s WWE exit, with the ‘Top Guys’ repeatedly asking for their releases until they were granted in early 2020.
Rocking up to AEW during the empty arena era, the re-dubbed FTR have solidified themselves as one of the greatest teams on the planet. However, during a Twitter Q&A session, Dax Harwood has revealed he would entertain a WWE return if it were to come up:
“Yes, If the money and circumstances were right and, no, you can’t interview me,” Tweeted Dax in response to a fan.
As ever in wrestling, never say never, because if CM Punk can return to wrestling, and Ultimate Warrior, Bruno Sammartino and Bret Hart can return to WWE, then nothing is beyond the realms of possibility.
During the same Q&A, Harwood also revealed that he hasn’t been satisfied with FTR’s AEW run thus far. But for those who want to put two and two together and suggest FTR are to run back to WWE as soon as possible, that’d be jumping to conclusions, because although Harwood said he wasn’t satisfied, he didn’t say he wasn’t happy in AEW.
Harwood seemingly confirmed this, later responding:
"You get it! One of the smart ones. when our career is over, THEN I’ll tell you how satisfied I am. If you want to be the best at what you do, you’re never going to be satisfied. You always want better. Ask me next year when we retire" Harwood Tweeted when a fan pointed out that all great performers are never truly satisfied.
